MapleBuy turns the inventory you already track in MapleInventory into a live, paying storefront, all inside MapleWorkSuite. The storefront and the inventory backend are one product: MapleBuy is the commerce frontend, MapleInventory is the system of record.
What is MapleBuy?
MapleBuy is the e-commerce layer for MapleInventory. It publishes the products you already track into a live storefront, accepts Canadian payments, and keeps every order and stock level synced back to MapleInventory. You sell online without bolting on a separate, disconnected store tool.
How does MapleBuy relate to MapleInventory?
They are one product with two halves. MapleInventory is the inventory backend and system of record; MapleBuy is the storefront frontend that sits on top of it. Listings, pricing, and stock flow from MapleInventory to the storefront, and orders flow back, so nothing has to be reconciled by hand.
What can MapleBuy do for my business?
MapleBuy lets you launch a storefront, take payment, and fulfil orders while your inventory stays accurate. Stock, pricing, and order status update automatically, so the catalogue always reflects what you actually have. It removes the manual work of running a store and a stockroom as two separate systems.
How does MapleBuy handle payments?
MapleBuy connects a payment provider so you can collect Canadian payments on your storefront. You enable a provider once and start taking orders. Pricing and tax workflows are built for Canada, so your store is ready to sell to Canadian customers from day one.
Where does MapleBuy run?
MapleBuy runs inside MapleWorkSuite for MapleInventory teams. You enable it from your MapleWorkSuite billing settings and manage the storefront beside your other Maple tools. There is no separate platform to learn, log into, or pay for on the side.
Is MapleBuy Canadian-owned?
Yes. MapleBuy is built, owned, and serviced in Canada by Joel & Nanz Inc., a New Brunswick company, on Canadian-hosted infrastructure with Canadian data residency. Orders also share back into MapleInvoice and MapleExpense, keeping your sales records inside MapleWorkSuite.
